Marc recently completed the Training For Warriors Jacksonville 8 week Transformation program, so we asked him a few questions about this experience. Check out his interview below!
8 Week Transformation Results:
+9.7 pounds of water
+3.5 pounds of muscle
-18.7 pounds of fat

TFWJAX: What is your favorite exercise?
MM: I like the Hurricane workouts. Hurricanes are intense and exhausting, but the sense of accomplishment you get after completing one is second to none.
TFWJAX: How did you learn about TFW? What made you sign up of the 8 week Transformation?
MM: My good friend/colleague Anna, she goes to TFW in Ponte Vedra and took me to a class. After meeting with Adam I knew the workouts and nutrition plan were exactly the healthy change that I was looking for.
TFWJAX: Describe your early experiences (or first impressions) at a TFW Group Training?
MM: The coaches are fantastic and passionate about what they do. All the students in the group were welcoming and encouraging and we push each other to do better every day.
TFWJAX: Now at the end of the 8 Week Transformation, what will you take away from this experience?
MM: Nothing can substitute hard work, dedication and persistence. If you do the work and eat right, you will see results.
TFWJAX: What advice would you give to someone looking to start a journey towards a healthier lifestyle?
MM: Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today... your health is too important.
TFWJAX: What motivates you to stay disciplined with your workout/nutrition plan?
MM: Progress I've made motivates me, but the coaches and Familia (other class members) motivate me on a daily basis. We hold each other accountable and that is one of the things I like best.
