Meet Jamie Klosterman, an 8 Week Transformation Success Story!
Jamie recently completed the Training For Warriors Jacksonville 8 week Transformation program, so we asked her a few questions about this experience. Check out her interview below!

TFWJAX: What is your favorite exercise?
JK: I don’t have a favorite exercise. I look forward to the challenge every workout brings. If I had to pick one, I would say “hurricanes.” I say this not because it’s what I felt best at. It is actually where I struggled with the most. I looked forward to trying to push myself even harder the next time. These workouts are intense, high energy and keep you pumped so you have to keep your mind in the moment and go hard.
TFWJAX: How did you learn about TFW?
JK: One of my bosses introduced me to TFW. The fact that I’ve been struggling with my weight since giving birth to my daughter 14 years ago. I found myself constantly complaining without doing anything. I just decided now is the time to push myself and make a change.
TFWJAX: Describe your early experiences (or first impressions) at a TFW Group Training?
JK: The energy from the moment I walked through the door was like no other. The coaches and students were so personable, energetic and supportive. I felt like I finally found what I was missing!
TFWJAX: Now at the end of the 8 Week Transformation, what will you take away from this experience?
JK: I’m taking away from this experience a new perspective on myself as a whole. The past eight weeks have been life changing from the inside out. The physical activity alone is a challenge, but what it does to shape your mental state is beyond words. I’ve pushed and challenged myself in ways that I can no longer think, feel, and live like I did eight weeks ago.
TFWJAX: What advice would you give to someone looking to start a journey towards a healthier lifestyle?
JK: I would say start NOW! There are no more EXCUSES! Go into this journey focused, ready, and determined. Check out different facilities and get a feel for their environment. You will never know what you like until you try. Test your limits. Great things come from breaking out of your comfort zone so be willing to dedicate yourself and put in work!
TFWJAX: What was your greatest accomplishment, either physically or mentally, over the 8 week transformation?
JK: I’m a firm believer that my strengths mentally played a major role in increasing my physical abilities, as well as staying consistent and holding myself accountable. When working through my mental barriers, I found myself pushing harder and noticed that my resistance had improved. Anything is possible. I believed I could do it and therefore I did!
