TFW Junior Warrior Summer Program

A fun, challenging and encouraging training program for boys and girls ages 8 - 14 years old. The Junior Warriors training program will meet twice per week to learn how to develop positive exercise habits they will enjoy!  The Junior Warrior program is led by certified personal trainer(s). 

Whats included?:

  • Class 2x per week (1 PM @ TFW Julington Creek)

  • Measurements on Body Fat Composition machine pre and post program

  • Exercise tests/challenges to be performed at beginning of 10 weeks and will be repeated at end to determine progress, strength and speed gains, etc.

  • Nutrition and Exercise topics will be covered weekly before class begins

  • Students will be tested physically, however will enjoy the process in a positive environment

Junior Warriors will:

  • Build speed and strength!

  • Learn positive healthy eating habits!

  • Develop confidence and mental toughness!

  • Gain enthusiasm about exercising!

Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. for 45 minutes @ TFW Julington Creek

**** For those 13 years and up, we are offering an add-on package to join our 12 PM group class on Mondays and Fridays in which the workouts focus on Resistance/Strength Training (Highly recommend for those looking to build muscle and increase Strength) ****


  • Additional $149 ($399 total for entire summer with both packages)

  • 12 PM Mondays and Fridays

  • 45 Minute Sessions

  • Son/Daughter will see significant strength gains, build muscle, and become a better athlete
