Known for his imaginative workouts, Coach Jake has a Training For Warriors level 1 certification and is currently in pursuit of a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. He joined the TFW Jacksonville team in April 2015.
After seeing continual improvement in himself and watching others perform certain exercises incorrectly, Coach Jake decided to further his education in order to help people prevent injury and teach people how to properly train their bodies to improve strength and positively impact their life. He is motivated by the enthusiasm students’ show as they experience a new break through.
