Favorite Healthy Meal: Pesto Chicken over a spring mix salad with avocado, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and cucumber drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Favorite Exercise: Barbell hip thrust because it incorporates the glutes and hamstrings to give power, strength, and speed for sprints.


A lifelong athlete and student of health and wellness, Coach Rachel joined the Training For Warriors Jacksonville team in March 2016 after being a student two years. Currently, Coach Rachel is working towards becoming certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and will become a registered dietician through University of North Florida’s nutrition and dietetics program.


Known for her patience and kind smile, Coach Rachel quickly puts new students at ease with her ability to help acclimate them to the dojo. Additionally, she is known for helping students understand how nutrition plays a major component in fat loss, increased energy and recovery.
