Coach Cecelia joined Training For Warriors Jacksonville in June 2016 and is the newest member of the coaching team. She holds a bachelor of science in kinesiology from Jacksonville University with a goal to one day earn a doctoral degree in physical therapy.

When a knee injury sidelined Coach Cecelia in college, her academic studies became more imporant in order to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. With a knowledge and passion for studying biomechanics, Coach Cecelia is known for helping students perfect their form in order to prevent or recover from an injury. A believer in celebrating the small victories to build momentum, she helps students stay focused on their goals by breaking them into manageable pieces.
